This is a very, and probably the most important part to your estimate, make sure it is signed by you, the mover. Believe it or not it happens. Customers are not asked to sign a contract they are just given a copy that the clerk signs. Never accept any verbal agreements. This is not a contract at that point. It is only binding when you sign it. This way a company can't charge you for additional services they claim they did. Get it in writing for your own protection.
